MOUNTING:
Four 1/2" grade 8 carriage bolts with flatwashers, lockwashers and lock-nuts are used on each side. Welding four tabs to the truck's lower frame is a mandatory installation step; these tabs secure the bumper's frame plates to the truck's frame while reinforcing the factory bumper mount, as it is prone to breakage. Stock Ford tow rings are retained.

MATERIAL:
1/4" steel on outer forms and some frame mount plates, 3/8" steel on main frame mount plates and grill guard plates. Prices do not include shipping and handling rates; weight is 135 lbs. for the basic bumper, 170 lbs. for the bumper with grill guard. All bumpers are shipped bare steel, NO paint OR powdercoat.
