"KC HiLiTES HID lights are available in our newly modified Daylighter 6" round housings in either Black Powder Coated finish or gleaming Stainless Steel. Of course they feature KC’s patented shock mount system for durability. The electronic components (ballast and starter) are very sophisticated as they each perform many tasks to start and maintain the correct conditions for the units to operate at optimum. Our ballasts have been designed to run at voltages ranging from 9V to 18V. This means they can be used in all automotive as well as commercial, industrial and aviation applications where higher voltages are used.
