Firstly, each layer of material is checked by hand to ensure that there are no material faults that may go undetected once the Soft Top is in full production. The hoods are then cut from a time served pattern.

The hoods are then passed to our fully trained welders and machinists. All of the windows and seams are high frequency welded and all stitching is carried out using a waterproof Polyfil cotton. These procedures ensure that the Soft Top is completely watertight.

All fixtures and fittings are put into your Soft Top when fitted to a vehicle body at Monsoon. Here you will find that all fittings are put in by hand to ensure the perfect fit every time. This gives both you and us peace of mind that your Soft Top will fit perfectly to your vehicle.
